It had better if they want to get back on track in this great Elsewhere game. It is certainly better than Peter’s lie about it being Johnny Hoenig in accounting’s birthday though. Fredwynn posing as Peter’s life coach, Leslie Hunter, and pitching this return to the office as a crucial coping mechanism isn’t exactly convincing. The real surprise here, however, is how much better Fredwynn is at thinking on his feet and how much fun André Benjamin is clearly having doing so. His further failed attempts at improvising are hilariously and helpful reminders that this is the actor who got his start in classics like Freaks and Geeks, How I Met Your Mother, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. ![]() Good,” at immediately being reminded of his termination is pure stuff. Now it looks like Peter and Fredwynne are paying a trip to Peter’s former place of employment, music streaming service Manamana (a division of Bender Elmore) to pick up his stuff. Naturally he did this at an imaginary Clara’s request. Recall that last week Peter was fired for making a mockery of FCC regulations and transmitting The Beach Boys’ “Good Vibrations” to everyone’s playlist. Judging by this exclusive new clip, however, there are some loose ends that need to be tied up before Peter (Jason Segel), Simone (Eve Lindley), Janice (Sally Field), and Fredwynn (André Benjamin) can continue on their Clara hunt. Now Dispatches from Elsewhere looks to keep up the pace in episode 6 “Everyone.” Things accelerated quite a bit on Dispatches of Elsewhere last week when the show finally found the mysterious Clara and her mandate of divine nonchalance. ![]()
